1. How do I gain access to the videos that support the programs?

A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm that you have paid for the service that you require. Within that email, you will be issued with a link to access the videos on our third party platform, Vimeo.

2. How long after payment will I receive my product?

You will automatically receive the link to your product once you have made your payment, Please note that this could take up to 24 hours and if you do not receive the link for whatever reason, please do contact us at driphardfitness@gmail.com

3. How long does access to the program last for?

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

4. What is the purpose of the PDF document that accompanies the strength program?

The PDF document is essential when working through the 6 week strength program because it guides you through the order of which the program should be completed.

5. What is the refund policy?

We are unable to offer refunds for workout programs unless you are experiencing some issues accessing the content. If purchasing merchandise, you have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from Driphardfitness.com.  The items must have all their labels and be in perfect condition. Remember that you must always send the item(s) you wish to return within 30 days, before the return period expires. If you have requested a return and it has not been processed correctly, please contact us so that we can help you try again.
